I offer a fantastic parenthood programme called Circle of Security. When you know WHAT your child needs in their relationship with you, it makes it so much easier to make sense of their behaviour and meet their emotional needs.

By the end of the course you will understand more about your child's emotional and developmental needs. You will also have a better understanding of yourself and why you find certain behaviours much harder than others to manage and increase your ability to respond in positive ways. Your confidence about what really matters will grow and you will find parenthood more satisfying.

The course consists of eight once-weekly sessions. Each session lasts one hour 20 minutes. We explore key foundation stones for development and relating, using short DVD clips and discussion.
